All data between your devices, our platform, and your browser is encrypted using TLS 1.3. IoT device telemetry is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Our servers are hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres with 24/7 monitoring, automated backups, and intrusion detection systems.

Role-based access controls ensure that staff can only access data they need. All administrative actions are logged and audited.

We run a responsible disclosure programme. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it and we will respond within 72 hours.
